We have used Roberts Brothers a few times. The latest was for our furnace not working. It went out late on a Thursday evening. We called them first thing on Friday morning and they came out quickly that day, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. Came back on Monday as soon as they received the part and installed it. They did have to come back on Tuesday and do some other minor adjustments but again was done promptly. We have always been pleased with their service. I feel their prices are fair and reasonable.
