Roberts Brothers Comfort installed a Mitsubishi mini-split system in my home this week. I have absolutely zero complaints with this company and the service that was provided to me. I never felt pressured during the initial visit with Brad at my home, he was patient and took the time to answer all of my many questions. My new system was installed in the quoted timeframe. The installers Phil & Stas worked diligently each day, provided periodic updates during the day as I was unable to be home due to work, and also walked me through each day’s progress when I returned home in the afternoon. We contacted four companies to give us estimates to replace our HVAC unit in our home. Three returned our calls with some really good options. Once the decision was made for a new HVAC system, (thanks Phil) the team arrived the very next day. Kole and the rest of the installation team were knowledgeable, polite, punctual, and professional. Kole responded quickly when there was an electrical problem (related to an issue with our faulty wiring) and the office had an electrician here within an hour.
