Once the decision was made for a new HVAC system, (thanks Phil) the team arrived the very next day. Kole and the rest of the installation team were knowledgeable, polite, punctual, and professional. Kole responded quickly when there was an electrical problem (related to an issue with our faulty wiring) and the office had an electrician here within an hour. We contacted four companies to give us estimates to replace our HVAC unit in our home. Three returned our calls with some really good options. We chose Roberts Brothers because they had the best price for a quality product with a best warranty. Also, we could add or delete options with ease without the upsell so common these days. Plus, they are local and haven’t been bought by Ace Home Services. The technicians (Phil Gordon and Stas) were polite and professional. They put up with our needy dog without complaint. We have used Roberts Brothers a few times. The latest was for our furnace not working. It went out late on a Thursday evening. We called them first thing on Friday morning and they came out quickly that day, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. Came back on Monday as soon as they received the part and installed it. They did have to come back on Tuesday and do some other minor adjustments but again was done promptly. We have always been pleased with their service. I feel their prices are fair and reasonable. Definitely recommend them.
