My husband and I had been considering the purchase of a new HVAC system but had not made the call yet. Of course, as luck has it, the hottest week of the summer, our 20 plus year old system decides to stop working. My husband drove to Robert Brothers Comfort’s office in Saint Paris to discuss a new HVAC system and the timing for installation. We could not have been more pleased as the owner of the company, Brad Penrod, walked out of his office to discuss our current situation and within an hour he was at our house working on the system to see if he could get it to run temporally as it was going to be over 100 degrees with the heat index the next 3 to 4 days. Thankfully, Brad was successful. Before leaving our home Brad discussed the size and design of a new HVAC system and had it ordered by that afternoon. Customer Service is something we place a high value on and this group hit it out of the ball park. The great customer service did not stop with Brad, the same stellar customer service remained consistent when speaking with the office representative and with Gordon, Clayton, Zach the three HVAC Technicians that worked nonstop upon arriving at our home to install the new system. Everyone was always professional and courteous. Everyone was so knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions about the HVAC system, the design, size and installation process. Brad and team met every single date that was promised and was professional from the first conversation we had with them through the completion of the installation. Brad took the time to explain are options, how the system would be installed, when he would place the order, when it would arrive at his warehouse, and when the team would arrive at our home to install. Brad and his team were respectful, courteous and genuinely cared about us and doing a great job. I believe anyone that may be considering a new HVAC system will not be disappointed with the service they receive from Brad and team (Roberts Brothers Comfort, Saint Paris, Ohio) We give Brad and his entire team 5 plus Stars.

I love the whole team at Roberts Brothers. They have repaired my existing system. Helped me replace and finance a broken system. Install gas lines for gas dryer and stove. Their whole team from Michelle in the office the Phil and the guys who show up to help every time are the best. Reasonable and trustworthy. Highly recommend.

We contacted four companies to give us estimates to replace our HVAC unit in our home. Three returned our calls with some really good options. We chose Roberts Brothers because they had the best price for a quality product with a best warranty. Also, we could add or delete options with ease without the upsell so common these days. Plus, they are local and haven’t been bought by Ace Home Services. The technicians (Phil Gordon and Stas) were polite and professional. They put up with our needy dog without complaint. Brad, the owner, is easy to deal with and answered all our questions. I don’t usually recommend companies but Roberts Brothers is the exception. Thank you!

Robert Brothers Comfort was amazing. They got out here in a very timely manner, figured out what was the problem of my AC unit. Had the part in 2 days and were here in the pouring rain outside to fix it. I will recommend them to EVERYONE!

Roberts Brothers Comfort installed a Mitsubishi mini-split system in my home this week. I have absolutely zero complaints with this company and the service that was provided to me. I never felt pressured during the initial visit with Brad at my home, he was patient and took the time to answer all of my many questions. My new system was installed in the quoted timeframe. The installers Phil & Stas worked diligently each day, provided periodic updates during the day as I was unable to be home due to work, and also walked me through each day’s progress when I returned home in the afternoon. The system is working great and Roberts Brothers Comfort really made the entire process painless. I would highly recommend this company.

Once the decision was made for a new HVAC system, (thanks Phil) the team arrived the very next day. Kole and the rest of the installation team were knowledgeable, polite, punctual, and professional. Kole responded quickly when there was an electrical problem (related to an issue with our faulty wiring) and the office had an electrician here within an hour. Any questions I had were answered and check ins occurred frequently. Highly recommend Robert’s Brothers Comfort.

Roberts Brothers Comfort provides truly first class, five star service! We could not be more happy with the work that Robert’s brothers did. Our furnace broke unexpectedly so we were without heat. We called Robert’s brothers and they fit us in same day for a consultation. They were able to work very very quickly to replace our furnace, they did a full cleaning and sanitation of our heating duct system, and they restored our heat in record time! From the initial conversation with Michelle on the phone to troubleshoot and make an appointment, to speaking with Brad for an initial visit, to the actual furnace repair cleaning and heat restoration, everything was top-notch in regards to service! Everyone at Roberts Brothers is so incredibly kind and efficient in the service that they provide. Their HVAC technicians Phil, Clay, and Stas were so kind, professional, tidy, and efficient! We genuinely could not be more happy with the service that they gave us! They are definitely in the right line of work because they are excellent! Our AC unit broke down on a Friday before Labor Day. I called Roberts Brothers that Friday and they were out there the same day. They ordered the unit we agreed on and had it installed the next business day. In the meantime, they provided a temporary AC unit we used inside the home. This was a blessing to us! The crew was nice and kept us in the loop as the installation was going on.

He was incredibly kind, courteous, and professional from start to finish. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me and even showed me pictures of exactly where the issue was coming from, which I really appreciated. He was patient, answered my questions, and gave me time to take notes so I could fully understand what was going on. What also stood out was how respectful he was of our home – he made sure doors were shut and lights were turned off without me having to worry about it. That level of thoughtfulness says a lot. Sean did a great job replacing our water heater and servicing our air conditioning unit. I had initially called for the AC service and Sean made me aware that my water heater needed to be replaced ASAP. So, we avoided a flood and had it installed the very next day which was a Saturday. We have used Roberts Brothers a few times. The latest was for our furnace not working. It went out late on a Thursday evening. We called them first thing on Friday morning and they came out quickly that day, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. Came back on Monday as soon as they received the part and installed it. They did have to come back on Tuesday and do some other minor adjustments but again was done promptly. We have always been pleased with their service. I feel their prices are fair and reasonable. Definitely recommend them.
