We understand the stress that arises when an HVAC system stops working. It’s an unexpected expense most don’t plan for. Roberts Brothers Comfort has monthly payment programs to make finding the right system less stressful. Let us help make the cost easier to handleWhat our customers say about our AC services
St. Paris, OH
Robert’s Brothers always responds to any issues I have in a timely fashion. They offer great service, while being transparent about and showing you the issues with your unit so you know you aren’t getting ripped off.
St. Paris, OH
We contacted four companies to give us estimates to replace our HVAC unit in our home. Three returned our calls with some really good options. We chose Roberts Brothers because they had the best price for a quality product with a best warranty. Also, we could add or delete options with ease without the upsell so common these days. Plus, they are local and haven’t been bought by Ace Home Services. The technicians (Phil Gordon and Stas) were polite and professional. They put up with our needy dog without complaint. Brad, the owner, is easy to deal with and answered all our questions. I don’t usually recommend companies but Roberts Brothers is the exception. Thank you!
St. Paris, OH
Excellent service technician arrived on time was friendly and knowledgeable and very careful coming in and out of the house. I am very happy with the Service plus the price is very reasonable.

Once the decision was made for a new HVAC system, (thanks Phil) the team arrived the very next day. Kole and the rest of the installation team were knowledgeable, polite, punctual, and professional. Kole responded quickly when there was an electrical problem (related to an issue with our faulty wiring) and the office had an electrician here within an hour. Any questions I had were answered and check ins occurred frequently. Highly recommend Robert’s Brothers Comfort.

From start to finish working with this company was the most positive experience! Our estimate was written just a couple of hours after our home visit and we were on the schedule within a week. Our technicians, Phil and Clay, were the most polite and diligent workers. Everyone went above and beyond to make this process an easy one. I would absolutely recommend Robert Brothers Comfort!

Very professional from estimate to installation. The installers were courteous and informative in all aspects.

We are very impressed with this company. Brad was easy to work with to get a quote for HVAC work we needed done in our home before having new flooring installed. Michelle was a great coordinator for organizing the work that needed to be done. The young man that did the work, Gordon, was so polite, hard working and did an amazing job. He went above and beyond getting the job completed and the area he worked on was immaculate when he was done. We highly recommend this company.

Excellent experience. No high pressure sales. Clear options and clearly answered questions; also worked with us to develop the plan we needed. The techs were courteous, clean, efficient, polite, funny, and completed the work ahead of time. The system works wonderfully. We would recommend the system and Roberts Brothers Comfort to everyone. We have worked with them for years and they continue to provide the same supreme service. They have not changed. They have not let us down.
