Once the decision was made for a new HVAC system, (thanks Phil) the team arrived the very next day. Kole and the rest of the installation team were knowledgeable, polite, punctual, and professional. Kole responded quickly when there was an electrical problem (related to an issue with our faulty wiring) and the office had an electrician here within an hour. We have used Roberts Brothers a few times. The latest was for our furnace not working. It went out late on a Thursday evening. We called them first thing on Friday morning and they came out quickly that day, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. Came back on Monday as soon as they received the part and installed it. They did have to come back on Tuesday and do some other minor adjustments but again was done promptly. We have always been pleased with their service. I feel their prices are fair and reasonable. Definitely recommend them.
